Top five trade shows to go to in 2018

Last year we featured our top trade shows for 2017 so with trade show season coming up, we thought what better way to see it in than with a top five trade shows to go to in 2018.

1. National Convenience Show (April 16th – 18th NEC Birmingham)SIA-Snow-Show-700x466

The national convenience show is a must attend for all owners and buyers from the convenience trade. With other 600 brands and suppliers in attendance, the NCS is an engaging event that can take your business to the next level, and help you to develop new professional relationships, whilst learning about the upcoming convenience trends for 2018 and beyond.

2. Outdoor Trade Show (3rd – 5th July Event City Manchester)

The largest outdoor trade show is back from the 3rd of July this year. If your business specialises in outdoor clothing, work wear, camping, sports wear and outdoor accessories in manufacturing or distribution, this is the trade show for you. The outdoor trade show features a wide variety of brands and latest product launches that are not to be missed by outdoor businesses who want to get ahead of the trends this year.

3. International Make Up Artists Trade Show IMATS (May 17 – 20 London)


One of the biggest trade shows of all, is IMATs. The trade show is a worldwide recognised event with shows in New Yorkand Sydney to name a few. IMATS will be hitting London in May this year and any make up artist who takes their craft seriously wouldn’t miss this show for the world. With thousands of exhibitors, masterclasses from make up artists to the stars and much more, any make up enthusiast would be mad to miss it. 

4. MODA (5th – 7th August NEC Birmingham)

The UK’s largest fashion trade show, Moda, hits the NEC in Birmingham on 5th August for three days. Moda usually brings in buyers from independent fashion houses to regional and national, so there is a real variation on offer. New at Moda 2018 is their retail workshops, Moda’s handpicked partners will deliver tailor made workshops for each area of fashion retail in an intimate setting of around 35 people at a time. 

5.  London Job Show (27th – 28th September Westfield London) 

The London Job Show is a two day event that showcases businesses current opportunities and vacancies. There are numerous free workshops and ‘career clinics’ throughout the two day event at Westfield in London. The Job Show features training and career opportunities within some of the most recognised brands in the UK including Tesco, Zara and National Careers Services.
